I've created a site collection with the url, http://mytntdev.  However, when I try to access that website, I get the error,

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I've stopped/restarted IIS, but am not sure what else I should check to see why this site collection won't launch.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
