Is anyone having an issue of their backup freezing at this point?

I had this issue a few weeks back and applied the latest hotfixs. However, it is happening again.

Daylight Savings Time was said to be one of the problems before. Now that the clocks have changed, is anyone having this issue too?

The Timer Job Definitions seem to be gettign hun up. I have a similar issue when I am upgrading a Form Template.

Is any one else seeing this?
