| Moved a site from a lower level to under main site using Manage Content and Structure. Site appeared to move and shows in explorer view; however when I try to access I get site not found. I can check all properties in Manage content view and can even open sub-sites attached to the primary site but cannot open the primary site. Also, this site was a sub-site in another site and the tab still shows on this site but the tab is also invalid. it appears that the data is there but the link has become corrupted. I also have a master page error but not sure if that is part of the problem or not.

| Ed- As I read your post, I am reminded of a similar situation we faced a while back. I'm wondering how you are accessing the newly moved site? Are you certain that the URL is correct? If your links are static, when you move a site using the content and structure tool, the link will, naturally, be broken. It kinda sounds like you are clicking a topnav link that was not dynamic and therefore did not change with the move. I hope that doesn't sound overly simplistic, but without seeing it, we have to cover all the bases. HTH, Neal Barker
