My team is attending this course http://www.microsoft.com/learning/syllabi/en-us/5061aFinal.mspx at Improving Enterprises this week. They offer the course monthly: http://www.improvingenterprises.com/course-schedule/index.ashx. It is also offered by other Microsoft partners in the area.
