I know Eric has been working with web services in SharePoint. He posted recently on the topic--so to keep your minds going in that direction, I thought I'd throw the link down.

http://blogs.msdn.com/dwinter/archive/2008/06/28/migrating-wiki-pages-remotely-part-01.aspx

Opening MOSS 2007 up to Internet

I am looking to pick someone's brain who has went through the process of opening up MOSS 2007 to the internet. I have SharePoint Designer 2007 and I'm able to see a site collection like this in the 'navigation' tab, but I need to see the entire farm. Can anyone suggest a tool that will do this? Quest's Discovery tool will also show me top level sites and subsites but it's a tree view and not able to be exported. Thanks in advance.

instalation difference between standard and enterprise

What is the installation difference between MOSS 2007 Standard and Enterprise? We have been told that when MOSS 2007 is installed there is no way to restrict users from using the Enterprise options. We want to only install the standard version.

All Day Calendar Events in MOSS 2007 are shifted by 7 hours when synced with Outlook 2003

When click the checkbox on a calendar item in SP 2007 and select "this is an all day event", the item looks fine in SharePoint but when synced into Outlook 2003, it is shifted back by 7 hours (looks like GMT). I've checked the timezone in the site collection and on the workstation and they are both set to CST. If I create the calendar entry manually as a full day event starting at 12:00 am - 11:59 pm, it syncs into Outlook just fine. Has anyone else seen this?
