•	Ability to pass a login from VentureAccess into this software for user authentication
•	Permission Levels Needed:  View, Create/Write/Edit and Approve
(Note: the person who creates/edits a template should not be able to approve it)

Template Functions
	Creation
•	Import function, like from Word, for example
•	Prevent typesetting in non-print areas of the template
•	Copy existing template function

	Formatting
•	Must support Letter 8 ½ x 11, Legal 8 ½ x 14
•	Simplex and Duplex capabilities
•	Specify from a predefined list of fonts, including use of Spanish, style and size 

	Editing
•	Merge field functions, includes error checking and support of pre-defined fields
•	Support of basic Word functions
